My teenage son entered a competition for me to become the best mother of the year. The prize was a pandora bracelet worth over $800. Wow my son had to state what his mum meant to him and what his mum does for him. Well he gave a list saying i was lovable, caring, beautiful, cuddly and warm. He said i clean his room, washes his clothes, cooks beautiful tea and snacks. The judge of the competition opened some of the contestants forms and was disgusted in some of the responses about their mothers. The judge chose my son as his entry was sincere and beautiful. So many teenagers in this competition had negative views so did not probably have great role models in their life. Im glad i won the bracelet. Everytime i look at the bracelet i remember what my son said about me. I love him heaps. I have never won anything so much except for a cement mixer. This prize was a personal and sentimental.
