Play group run by yr 1 class - Real Mum story on MoM

Had an awesome morning at my daughters class today with my toddlers. My daughter ‘s year 1 class are learning about the stages of life. So for the toddler stage her teacher organised a playgroup for younger siblings and friends. They ran games n painting water play arts n craft play dough and lots more. Plus story n songs and snack time. It was so much fun for all the children and for yr 1 ‘a to learn how to treat little ones.

What an awesome activity to organise. So creative. And sounds like everyone thoroughly enjoyed their time. There should be more of it

Congratulations to that teacher for making the topic so relevant and engaging for the class. Nice way to learn in a fun way. Great that there were parents available to take their toddlers along too.

I love it when schools try to include the children’s families in the curriculum! They get so excited when their family visits for the day.
