Well that’s how it feels at the moment anyway. It all started with the dishwasher 2 weeks ago. Turns out it is cheaper and easier to buy a new one than it is to replace a leaking door seal. Then as school holidays were in full swing the washing machine decided that it to wanted out! Gone, within days of one another two of the most used appliances in my house need replacing. What else could go wrong ( I really wish I hadn’t thought this) as I came home to a flooded back yard. Yep, the hot water system exploded, leaving me with the thought that we would all be washing and bathing in the river! Why is it that things happen in such a wave….WHY!!!

Oh my goodness, what a challenging (and expensive!) week you’ve had. They say things come in 3s. Surely you’re due fir some good things now?! I hope so…

yeah tell me about it! why does the universe think “oh now is a great time to break all your sh**. Especially now that it is winter, i think the hot water needs to go!”

oh well look for this same pattern when things go right! Let’s try to keep positive. Now you will have a better washing machine etc

My god – you must live at my house!!! Other than the fact we don’t currently have a dishwasher, all other appliances have gone to the great appliance resting place in the last few weeks – even the hot water!
