Hey, hey, it’s your birthday! That one day of the year where it should all be about YOU! But once you’re a mum, you rapidly discover that every day is kid’s day – even on your birthday! So if you’re not showered with gifts and breakfast in bed, at least you can go out and claim your free meal on your birthday. Go on – you deserve it!

There are a number of different National food outlets that reward a customer celebrating their birthday with a free meal. But do note that these specials do change occasionally and for some, you need to apply for well before your big day so be sure to check the venue’s website for updates and further information.

Crust –  Join our new loyalty program, download the Crust App and get one Free Pizza (Valid for 31 Days)

Vapiano  – BOGOF pizza, pasta or salad. Birthday emails are sent one week prior to your birthday. So please register way earlier than that.

Coffee, Cake & Doughnuts

Banjo’s Bakery Cafe –  Join the Banjo’s VIP Club and receive a free bakery treat. To be eligible members must have signed up to the Banjo’s ViP Club via the Banjo’s mobile app or the Banjo’s website. The ViP Birthday Bonus is redeemable in-store only.

7-Eleven App – Get 1 Free Krispy-Kreme Doughnut up to 7 days from your Birthday via 7-Eleven App. You need to add the offer to Rewards so it can be redeemed.

Gloria Jeans – collect your eSipper card in-store and register online. Get your Free drink on your birthday.

Brumby’s – Join the Brumby’s Reward program, download the app and get your Free Loaf or Coffee on your birthday.

Muffin Break – Collect your loyalty card in-store or download the app. Get your Free Muffin during your birthday month.

Mrs. Fields – Join Club Cookie. Collect your card in store and register it online. Members are entitled to a free Soft Baked Signature Cookie for their birthday. Birthday cookies must be redeemed within 7 days either side of the member’s birthday.

Subway – Become a SubCard member online. Get your Free cookie and small cup drink with any sub/salad/wrap or panini purchased on your birthday.

Ice-Cream & Dessert

Cheesecake Shop – Join the Cheesecake Shop family and get $5 off any full size cake and a $5 voucher every year on your birthday. (Join more than 4 weeks before your birthday.)

Gelato Messina – Download the Gelato Messina app and get a Free Scoop of Ice Cream on your birthday. (fyi you have to have spent the small amount of $10 on your app before you’re eligible for this.)

Cold Rock – Apply to get your VIP membership online. Get 1 free ice cream on your birthday. You need to sign up at least 8 days before birthday for free ice cream.

Pancakes on the Rocks – Join Birthday Club and get 20% off your bill, up to $25.

San Churro – Join the el SOCIAL loyalty program today and get a FREE Churros for One with a minimum of $5 purchase in-store! Drinks

Boost Juice – Free Boost Juice for Vibe club members (collect card in store or download the app). Can be redeemed from 2 days before to 2 days after one’s birthday. VIBE card (or app) must be presented in order to redeem the Birthday Boost.

Chatime – Get your Free drink in your birthday month, membership card costs 50c or join via app for free. Free Drink Barcode will be sent by email. Need to make purchase in the last 3 months before birthday month.
