A great round up of fabulous cheesecake recipes. Love a basic cheesecake, New York or lemon cheesecake, but generally all cheesecakes are great.

I just love to eat cheesecake… any variation of it. But I do love a citrus (lemon or lime) version. It’s not something I’ve ever tried to make, but think it’s time!

My favourite dessert is frozen berries! or fresh berries if I can find them…. Sometimes with a spoon of greek youghart (although that is meant to hamper the antioxidant effects of the berries!).. and of course cheesecake as a special once in a million year treat!
