Cardboard boat craft

A quick craft which involves cutting, painting and gluing. Perfect for lil fingers

Material

1 Cardboard piece
Some Water colours
2 Straws
1 Plain paper

Method

Cut the shape of a boat on the cardboard.
Cut the plain paper into 4 small square pieces.
Paint the boat in any colour you like.
Glue them together in the shown shape.

Notes

Did this with my 5 year old as part of home schooling. He loved it

You could make this and pair it with a book about boats to link in speech and language skills too!
