A quick and easy school holiday project your kids can do / help you to make.


Material

  • 1 toilet roll
  • paint, paintbrushes and a black texta
  • small lengths of coloured yarn

Method

  1. Paint the toilet roll and set aside to dy.
  2. Once dry, make small holes around the base of the roll. Thread a small length of coloured yarn through each hold and secure with a knot.
  3. Paint a face and you're done!

  • We made something similar to the toilet paper octopus but recycled empty yogurt containers. Pierced a hole in the top and hung them with thin elastic to bounce
