Beach decor, recycled living. Welcome sign.


Material

  • 1 Piece of driftwood or an old fence paling
  • 1 Tube of acrylic white paint
  • 1 Small tip paint brush
  • 1 Length of twine

Method

  1. Head to the beach to find a one-of-a-kind piece of driftwood or use up an old fence paling.
  2. Freehand paint 'welcome'; let dry.
  3. Using the twine, tie around your piece of wood or drill a hole in either side and tie the twine to hang.

  • Ooohhhh, I love this. I live near the beach and am always walking along it, often finding drift wood. I’ve only ever plopped it in the garden. Now I have something new to make with it
