Tennis Ace Ash Barty Is A Mum!

Australian tennis superstar Ash Barty has revealed she’s given birth to her first baby.

The retired tennis champ and her husband Garry Kissick took to Instagram to share an adorable pic of their baby boy, who they’ve named Hayden.

“Our beautiful boy ❤️ Welcome to the world, Hayden!” the captioned the gorgeous image.

The Aussie champ revealed she was expecting her first baby back in January, sharing a picture of her dog Origi and a pair of teeny tennis shoes. “2023 set to be the best year yet,” Ash wrote. “We are so excited for our new adventure. Origi already the protective big sister.”

The former world number one shocked fans when she ended her tennis career in March last year, just two months after winning the Australian Open.

The three time Grand Slam champion said at the time that she no longer had the physical drive or emotional want to continue her professional tennis career.

The 26-year-old married her long-time partner Garry Kissick in an intimate ceremony in July last year.
