I know I have posted this in ‘Recipes’ but honestly this is a big hit whenever I serve this finger food. Stick some Aussie Flag toothpicks in them. Done!!

Why not get your children involved with what you are doing for australia day.? I know that todays kids “can” get bored,” but if they have ideas, and if, are asked for them, why that puts a smile on their faces. Cooking with a barbeque has literally become a ritua, but often children have ideas on what they would like to try , and. or cook, if allowed, so why not give it a go. I know bananas arent supposedly australia day food, like anzac biscuits, or the wonderful mini pavs, but you may be pleasantly surprised on what they like, and would love to participate in….
