  • Oregano. Because we love cooking with it and it would be nice to grow our own fresh herbs and use them instead.

  • Parsley is so commonly used in my cooking, adding flavour and freshness to so many dishes.

  • Chives are my favourite, I bake the best baked potatoes with all the trimmings finishing with chopped chives on the top, so delicious.

  • Parsley cause we put it on top of so many meals.

  • Rosemary is my favourite winter herb, easy to grow and I use it often on my roast lamb which I serve every Sunday lunch.

  • Dill, because our family consumes a large amount of fish weekly, dill takes every dish to the next level.

  • I love to cook and create new dishes for my family, Parsley is one of the herbs I use regularly, it will be fantastic to be able to grow my own.

  • Our family favourite herb is Coriander, we enjoy Asian dishes so we use it on a weekly basis.

  • It would be great to grow coriander with the kids. Coriander also has multiple health benefits, and we try and incorporate it into our cooking, however this can often get expensive.

  • Parsley, im forever making recipes that ask for it and it would be super handy to pick fresh and have on hand.

  • Chives are great they are easy to grow and add a dash of flavour to your recipes.

  • We use chives and parsley a lot and my son who suffers from anxiety loves to calm down and chill out in his vegie garden. Would love to create a herb garden for him as well!

  • We love basil as it tastes and smells amazing. Love our pesto and basil dips. The plant itself is also very beautiful with the lush green leaves.

  • Rosemary makes everything so good, a delicious Sunday roast smell just like lt should, to grow our very own would be handy and fun, everyone would love it especially my son!

  • I’d love to grow some herbs that would complement my new found love of Asian cooking, my new Isan sister-in-law has been teaching me some of her spicy recipes and I’d love to have fresh herbs on hand to add to the mix.

  • Herbs for salads and pastas – we love to grow our own because we want to ensure that we have fresh healthy products without pesticides!

  • We love the fresh, invigorating smell of mint, an would be very happy for it to be a constant aroma in our house

  • Parsley. There’s nothing better than a huge spring of parsley, added to anything! Soup, pasta sauce, potatoes…. it’s green, lean, and mean on flavour!

  • Parsley as we use it the most – for salads like Tabouli and in my special seafood salad to pastas and as last minute toppings for other food. Yum

  • I would love to grow coriander; its something we use in our family cooking regularly so it would be great to have a fresh bunch on hand at all times.
