Banjo’s Bakery Café know it can be hard to find healthy, simple and quick lunch box ideas for the kids (and parents!) term after term. That’s why, we’re giving Mouth of Mums’ readers the chance to WIN 1 of 5 Healthy Lunch Box Vouchers (worth $100 each) to spend at one of Banjo’s 44 stores across Australia.

  • I prep everything the night before with my daughter. So she chooses what she is getting and then it gets eaten.


  • A chilled can of tuna, tomato & onion with some assorted cracker biscuits.

  • Prepare your lunch box the night before and pop into the fridge because let’s face it.. mornings can be hectic getting children ready for the day!


  • I love just cutting up fruit on a hot day and freezing it the night before. It stays cold and my girls just love eating it for their morning tea recess. It is healthy, fun and they eat the whole lot.
