Banjo’s Bakery Café know it can be hard to find healthy, simple and quick lunch box ideas for the kids (and parents!) term after term. That’s why, we’re giving Mouth of Mums’ readers the chance to WIN 1 of 5 Healthy Lunch Box Vouchers (worth $100 each) to spend at one of Banjo’s 44 stores across Australia.

From nutritional salads and savouries to delicious sweets and baked breads, Banjo’s simplifies the concept of a ‘healthy lunch box’ to keep kids happy and bellies full until 3:00pm.

We believe the ideal lunch box should have variety, contain items from each food group, is colourful and has food low in fat, sugar and salt – plus water to drink! Our favourite lunch box fillers include:

  • Chicken & Seeded Mustard Salad Sandwich - with 100% chicken breast and fresh salad
  • Tasmanian Smoked Salmon Pita – rich in Omega 3 with fresh salad
  • Ham, Cheese & Tomato Breakfast Croissant - low in sugar with premium ham
  • Spinach & Ricotta Rolls - low in sugar and veggie-packed
  • Blueberry Muffin - packed with fibre and antioxidants

Simply purchase your lunch box fillers online or via the app (Apple app store or Google Play) and stop at one of Banjo’s 44 stores across Tasmania, Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria or South Australia to save valuable time in your morning routine.

  • Pre pack school lunch the night before but functions birthday parties I tend to order and pick up .
As I would rather spend time with Kiera playing with her reading doing cooking or craft ..
