An exciting burlesque inspired workout has launched and it is getting some real results with some mums losing up to 31cms in 6-weeks!
Fitesque is a program created by former dancer and Showgirl Melony Cherrett who is also a mum of two.

It embodies the strength, poise and grace of a showgirl combined with core strengthening, mind centering, cheeky, sassy, heart rate lifting, adrenaline pumping workouts for women, men and our friends beyond the binary.

Fitesque is not just a program that gets you fit and feeling great, it is also one that builds confidence. Many clients are parents who had lost themselves, those who wanted to accelerate their confidence in the work place, those who suffer from poor self-esteem, anxiety or depression and those who just simply wanted to connect. What the 6- week challenge includes
WORKOUTS:  There will be new weekly 20- minute workouts including alternating:

  • 20-minute Fitesque full body workouts and
  •  20-minute Fitesque Core, Flexyflow and Glow workouts

CHALLENGE: Monthly Fitesque challenge workouts will be set
MINDSET: Guided mindset meditations
NUTRITION: Recipes and meal plans included

COMMUNITY: Connect with the community as you bring out your inner showgirl/boy

  • I’ve turned I to a frumppy girl,lacking motivation and drive to pick myself up..I need this,to be guided into doing the right thing and being accountable for my actions
