  • When I discovered my kids had cut their own hair, no wonder they were so quiet for ten minutes.

  • Wondering why my kids were quiet, then seeing our white jack russell covered in marker pens with thick black eyebrows drawn on !!

  • Calling your children by the wrong names has to be the most relatable parenting experience. It’s even funnier when you use your pets names by accident as well

  • Sudocream the bane of my existence for a period I’d time! 2.5yo twin girls, I thought they were napping, they were not. Picture head to toe sudocream covered toddlers with the added beauty of sudocream used on the walls to layer baby wipes like wall paper! I had to admire their creativity ????

  • So, a few weeks ago I thought my baby had slept for more than 4 hours until I got up and checked the monitor and apparently it had died during the night – luckily my almost 6yo woke up to the baby crying!!!

  • Writing with my eyes drooping from climbing the stairs so many times of our sloping block home I need the Owlet Monitor Duo Ultimate to help with my piece of mind while doing simple things like laundry or cooking instead of needing to constantly check on the bubs.

  • My girlfriend is 32 weeks pregnant, I love watching her obsess over kicks. She wants one of these but is struggling to pay for it, and I would love to surprise her

  • My beautiful boy isn’t due for 20 months, but my favourite “parenting” experience is when my cat lays on my belly and Bub kicks her, and scares the hell out of my cat!

  • When my daughter was a few months old, she had a huge poo explosion. I remember it going all over him, and he couldn’t stop gagging. I ended up stripping, grabbing her and jumping in the shower, all the while, he was still trying not to vomit!

  • My son is expecting his first child a baby boy. This would be totally piece of mind,

  • Just the other day talking to our 2 year old. We asked her If Aleeya is our daughter and Xander is our son (sun), what are you Skykah? “Mummy Daddy, I’m you cloud.” she replied.

  • My toddler thought he would be ‘helpful’ and get up at 3am to ‘feed’ my twins…I found him in the cot with one of them with his shirt up trying to feed like mummy does!

  • I walked into my son’s room to find my daughter who was five years older, with a blanket over her brother’s mouth. She said to me “Look mum I’m helping he’s not crying now.” Wish I had an Owlet Moniter Duo then. That daughter is now expecting her first baby.

  • My daughter had an idea at 2 years of age to use our then baby monitor to monitor her plush bunny. Needless to say the shock on our faces when we thought our daughter had turned into a bunny was priceless. We still don’t know where she got the idea from!

  • Our tiny 6 week premmie baby pooed on a NICU doctor yesterday, you would think she’d be used to it.. apparently not!

  • Our little 6 week premmie baby conveniently pooed on a NICU doctor yesterday, you’d think she’d be used to it.. apparently not!

  • Yes please

  • I literally just dropped my phone on my poor infant’s head tonight as she was getting transferred to the cot – yes, I am THAT Mum!!!

  • When you waste a moment, you have killed it in a sense, squandering an irreplaceable opportunity. But when you use the moment properly, filling it with purpose and productivity, it lives on forever.Without question, the material world and your everyday needs distract you from living meaningfully.

  • Baby girl is not due yet till the end of the month; but a funny and hilarious story I know is when I was a baby, I have an older brother and a twin sister (we were all conceived through IVF). My brother is two years old then me and my sister and sadly when I was born with my twin sister she was on top of me in the womb so she took away more of the nutrients from me in the womb, so we were both born prematurely. When we were born they found out my stomach wasn’t fully developed and every time I was bottle fed I would throw up right away and had to be put on a special baby predigested formula until I was 8 months old. So one day my older brother who was two at the time after playing outside came inside the house and walked up to me in the high chair right after being bottle fed while wearing his brand new windbreaker jacket and he was so in love with and obsessed with, and he came up to play with me and right away I projectile vomited all over his new favorite windbreaker! Lol And he started crying hysterically saying “D threw uppie on my windbreakie! DD thrup thrup thrup up on my windieeebreakieee whyyy!!! And my parents started laughing and they actually caught it on video and it’s so funny and hilarious to watch now and we still talk about it till today and now we all laugh about it and how he tried pronouncing his words correctly as a two year old!
