Hands up whose kids would love a night time Easter hunt?! I know mine would.  The best bit is there is NO chocolate involved. The kids can have fun hunting and you don’t have to worry about the sugar rush afterwards.

What you’ll need:

  • plastic eggs
  • LED tealight candles

All you have to do it turn on your LED candles and place them inside the coloured plastic eggs and place them around the garden at night for a egg hunt with a difference.

Watch the video to see how effective and fun it looks:

I’m definitely going to do this for Easter this year to cut down the chocolate a bit.

Would your kids like a glow in the dark Easter egg hunt?

  • I’m sure a lot of kids would love a glow in the dark Easter egg hunt. Only issue here is the mosquitoes, they would be eaten alive

  • What a great idea to keep the entertainment going! And with a warm day this Easter, better than searching for melted chocolate
