Sleep-deprived mums are singing the praises of a ‘miracle product’, saying it banishes headaches, brain fog and fatigue in just days.

Mouths of Mums members and their kids recently had the chance to put this natural Australian product to the test, with hundreds of Salt Lab Magnesium Oil reviews rolling in.

What is Salt Lab Magnesium Oil?

I’ve been using Salt Lab Magnesium oil for months, and swear by its benefits, including more restful sleep. So when our Mouths of Mums members were given the chance to try it out, I knew they’d love it as well.

Salt Lab Magnesium Oil Spray products for kids and adults.

Salt Lab Magnesium Oil is made with 100% natural ingredients and is simply sprayed onto the skin to help relieve muscle tension, calm the nervous system, improve sleep quality and restore energy. Our mums tried out Salt Lab Original Magnesium Oil Spray, which is designed for adults, and their kids tested KIDS Magnesium Oil Spray, which is for little ones between three months up to 15 years.

What Did Our Mums Think?

Mum member Amy said ‘years of headaches, brain fog, and fatigue that doctors couldn’t explain’ were gone in ‘just a few sprays!’

“This Magnesium Oil Spray is honestly a miracle product. After only three nights of spraying it on the soles of my feet before bed, I was already feeling better. Two weeks in, and I’m loving life again!
Magnesium is essential for so many functions in the body, yet so many of us are deficient without even realising it.”

Madeleine has been testing it out for a couple of weeks and says she has ‘genuinely noticed the difference’.

“As a parent, it’s not always easy to switch off at night. I often struggle to unwind, stay asleep for long stretches, and usually wake up feeling like I haven’t rested at all. Since adding this spray to my nightly routine, my sleep has become noticeably deeper and more restorative.”

For Linda, it’s worked wonders on her sleep.

“I have been enjoying deep, solid and restful sleeps and waking up feeling refreshed and with a spring in my step! There were a few nights where I didn’t use the spray and I really noticed the difference in my sleep. I’m generally a very light and restless sleeper so this Magnesium Spray has changed my life!”

“I didn’t know how much of a difference it could make until we started using it as part of our bed time routine. Now the kids are more relaxed and have a much better sleep each night.”

  • It really is a fabulous product, I’m so grateful I was able to try it. Our household is finally coming out of a 6 week bacterial flu that made us all sleep poorly and experience whole body fatigue, it really helped to spray magnesium oil on our feet for a better nights rest

  • @ mom486197; wow your symptoms sounds very much like mine ! I too suffer from really bad legs cramps during the night in fact since I was a young child. I remember my mum dragging me to the GP who gave me a yearly vitamin D injection. I’ve taken a combi tablet of Magnesium and vitamin D since years. But it is interesting what you say that this spray works so much better than tablets !

  • After reading this article I’m super keen to try Salt Labs Magnesium Oil Spray for both myself and my kids. I currently take magnesium supplements before bed to help with restless legs. With 4 children who are rough sleepers and frequent wakers I’d be willing to give anything a go. I’ll definitely be trying this next!

  • I have been using this products for a few years now and I love it. I find it works so much better than magnesium tablets. I use the kids version for my daughter and the adult version for myself. I suffer from really bad cramps at night and this is very good at relaxing my muscles.

  • After reading the reviews from this community, I have decided it is worth giving this product a go. Anything that can improve sleep is worth a go in this household. Sleep is so very important for overall health and wellbeing and it can sometimes be lacking depending on what is going on for the family.

  • INterestingly, it made no great difference to either me or my kids. However, it wasn’t harmful or detrimental in any way either, so I’d definitely recommend that people try it if they have symptoms or problems it might help. It might simply be that we have different medical conditions which affected it.

  • Since trying this spray I have told SO many people about it! Both my mum and my sister have purchased some and whenever I hear someone tell me they are struggling to sleep or clenching teeth or experiencing cramps I’m raving about this product! I feel it has helped me SO much that it’s only fair I spread the word and help out other people!

  • I would also be interested to try the Kids Magnesium oil for my youngest. She always struggles to fall asleep, frequently wanders around during the night and is an early waker. She has Down syndrome and severe ADHD and sleep apnea hasn’t been ruled out (but she wouldn’t allow testing nor wouldn’t she allow Cpap).

  • How interesting ! For many years I take magnesium orally to improve sleep and also because I am prone to cramps and restless legs in the night (always have been). I would have thought that spray isn’t absorbed as fast and as well as oral intake, but certainly something I’m interested to try
