    Excellent quality magnesium spray that really works!

    I'm a regular distance runner, running 5km three times a week and occasionally longer runs of 10km and 15km. Lately, I have been suffering from pain in my hamstrings and quads, which has made even walking difficult. So I was very keen to give this Salt Lab magnesium spray a try to see if I could get any relief. I loved the way the spray nozzle worked, as the mist was very easy to apply, and I was pleased that the spray is fragrance-free and that I didn't experience any skin irritation. I was amazed, as I experienced instant results. After using this spray even for only a couple of days, my leg pain was significantly reduced. It helped me to run better and recover quicker from each run. I also appreciated the very quick and friendly advice I received via email from the helpdesk when I queried whether the spray could be used in conjunction with the magnesium tablets I was already taking (it can, and it's recommended!) I highly recommend this magnesium spray to anyone suffering from restless sleep or painful legs as I experienced great results! I will continue to use this spray each day.

    Yay’ love this!!

    I actually noticed a difference on both myself and the kids!

    We have issues with growing pains and poor sleep in our house. I notice a difference in their sleep if I miss a night by accident.

    Stoked with the packaging - easy use spray bottle and aesthetic packaging which I can keep next to kids beds and fits with my decor.

    I got this product this as a complimentary.     I’d tried another magnesium spray before for the kids, but my kids complained it stung and refused to use it. We switched to the Salt Lab kids version and built it up gradually, and they actually like it! It is now part of our bedtime routine. It seems to help them wind down before sleep.

    A great product for my nightly routine

    Slow but steady wins the race!

    Whilst the change was not instantaneous, the difference this spray made to my quality of sleep was amazing! There were some nights I accidentally fell asleep before using it and noticed that I tossed and turned more and didn't feel like I got that deep, necessary rest. I will definitely continue to use it in the future!

    Wow, what a difference!

    My 6 year old loved adding this spray to her night-time routine!! She even took to spraying it on her own feet after a few days! As her parents, we found it helped to settle her at night and cue her body that it was sleep time. We will definitely continue to use it moving forward as it also helped Miss 6 get a good night's sleep and feel more awake in the morning, ready for school.

    The ultimate "special spray"

    I spray this on my child's feet every night and boy have I noticed a difference! They're sleeping through the night now and even having longer naps during the day. It got better with consistency. Even though it has become apart of our night routine, my I'm never failed to be reminded to put the "special spray" on their feet. Having it in spray form is so easy to use over a cream, it leaves no greasy residue or smell, results are noticed quickly and it really seems to help them relax. I have recommended it to my friends and family with children and am excited to hear how it helps them with their children too.

    Ideal for muscle recovery & sleep

    I love this product! This oil spray does everything it should and I find it helps with muscle recovery and with sleep.

    Some other products on the market say this but I felt a difference with this from day one. It also smelt good to which is bonus in my eyes.

    Saltlab Magnesium Kids Spray

    I had previously purchased the Adults spray because Ive always struggled with leg cramping at night, making sleep difficult. While the changes weren’t immediate with using the spray on my 4 &6 year old at night, it was noticeable over the days and weeks. Less restless, less wake ups, more restful sleep. My youngest has allergies and eczema so we had play around with application so it didn’t further dry out his skin, but once we worked out what worked best for him it’s been smooth sailing. With them sleeping better so am I!

    Relief with sleep

    Works like a charm

    We have been really pleasantly surprised with how well Salt Labs kids magnesium oil spray has worked for our growing children. We began using the product about a month ago and have been using it daily by spraying it onto the soles of their feet and down their legs before bedtime. Our children are all very tall and have suffered quite a bit over the years with growing pains. We have found the magnesium oil has really helped to ease their pains, especially when they are going to sleep at night. They seem to be more relaxed and are falling asleep quicker than they usually do. We have found it to be really beneficial and will continue to be using it in the future.

    An unexpected surprise

    To be honest, I wasn’t entirely sure how a spray could make a difference to the quality of my sleep and my overall feeling of well-being, but I was very pleasantly surprised. Salt labs magnesium oil spray has been a very welcome addition to my nightly routine. To be honest, I also use it during the day as I love the way it helps me to relax my muscles. I suffer a lot with restless legs, especially coming down from my ADHD medication at night time and I have found this really helps greatly. My muscles feel more relaxed and it allows me to fall asleep easier than when I don’t use it. I’m so thankful that I was selected for this trial and will definitely be continuing to use salt labs magnesium oil spray into the future.

    EXCELLENT, NATURAL SLEEP ASSISTANCE

    I was overall very impressed with the Salt Lab Kids Magnesium Spray upon using it for a month or so in my littles after bath routine.

    It is a very subtle, non scented spray, applied very easily & doesn’t leave any residue. I noticed that in the first month my littles sleep stretches increased from 4/5hrs through to almost 7/8- now whilst I can’t directly correlate this to the spray; it is definitely something that will stay in our routine as I truly feel it’s a very effective, efficient & natural addition to ensuring the little has a deep, restful sleep stretch.

    Toddler night time routine

    I've been using the Salt Lab Kids Magnesium Oil Spray as part of my toddlers bedtime routine, and it’s been such a lovely little addition. A few sprays on her feet before bed and she’s so much more relaxed. I have noticed it’s helped calm her busy mind and even eased those little “growing pain” leg aches she sometimes gets after a big day of play.

    It tingled a tiny bit the first time we used it, but now she doesn’t even notice. I love that it’s gentle, natural, and Aussie made — plus it fits so easily into our nightly wind-down. The bottle will likely last a long time of using as it seems to never go down even after using for a few months, the bottle is still nearly full!

    It’s definitely become one of our bedtime staples.

    Night time routine

    I’ve been using the Original Salt Lab Magnesium Oil spray for a while now and honestly, I really like it. I started using it to help with sore legs at night and to see if it’d help me sleep better — and it actually has. I spray it on my legs or feet before bed and it really helps me unwind and makes me feel more relaxed, like my body finally switches off for the night and I'm sleeping deeper and waking up less through the night.

    The spray is easy to use and absorbs quickly, it did tingle a bit the first couple of times, but that went away pretty quickly, settling after a few uses. I also love that it’s 100% natural and Australian made. The bottle lasts ages too, which is a bonus.

    It’s been a great addition to my self-care routine especially for the nights when I need a little extra help relaxing and resetting. I think it's definitely worth a try if you struggle with unwinding, restless legs or sore muscles.

    Actually really impressed.

    I actually noticed a difference on both myself and the kids!

    Both myself and partner are slow and sore types. Hubby plays rugby and the magnesium spray works wonders for him after a big game or training night. I also use it on my hips and feet before bed. Hips for pain, feet for sleep. It helps with the aching I get in my hips and I notice a difference in sleep if I miss a night by accident.

    great product!

    i have been using this spray on my feet for a few while now , this has helped a lot with pregnancy discomfort, especially leg cramps and sleeping at night. Super easy to use every night, just spray on your feet before bed and let it work its magic! the only downside for me was that it did make my skin feel itchy the first few times i used it, as my body adjusted to it this went away

    Kids loved the nightly massaged

    My children loved this becoming a part of our nightly routine, getting a ice massaged from mum and dad before bedtime, but other than a nice massage time we didn’t see any other differences at all from using the magnesium spray on our children who are of different ages and genders.

    Didn’t really see a difference

    Use this consistently over a few weeks, it did feel nice while being massaged into the skin but didn’t see any benefits from it all for myself or my partner. Was hopeful to see how it went after seeing so many good reviews and now I’m glad we tried before purchasing.

  • I have been a Purkle member for 10 years now. At the moment I have over $100 I am able to convert. Surveys can take any where from 3 minutes to 30 minutes and vary in amount you earn. It’s a great way to earn some money when you have free time. I am pretty slack at opening the emails so if I was more attentive I could have earnt a lot more.

  • I have been a Purkle member for approximately 10 years. I have redeemed hundreds of dollars over that time. Once you join, you receive survey invitations via email. I probably receive one invite per week. Some surveys are 5 minutes, others 30 minutes, some hours which enable you to log in and log out to complete. Incentives vary. It does take a while to add up but if you leave the incentives untouched, they eventually add up over time. It’s my little Purple bank account I have in the background of everything else I do.

  • I have been with Purkle for a bit but I actually haven’t seen their email a for a while. I probably should check my account online and check if my emails are going to spam as the emails are what prompts me to go online and complete the available surveys.

  • I have been with purkle for a long time on average cash in about 300 a year, it’s very easy to convert money to useable vouchers. I find it easier to just fill in whilst watching tv or something. Sometimes there are gaps with surveys but tend to save them till end of year anyway

  • I actually signed up to Purkle a few years ago and didn’t really make much money then! Its a good article though, and thanks for the reminder to log back in and do some surveys! Both my kids are at school now, so I do have some more spare time to fill!

  • Tried it before and it’s definitely one of the better companies to do surveys with. They make it so easy, the website is easy to navigate and the surveys are generally not too long. It’s easy to do whilst on the couch or filling in time! Definitely worth checking out to earn some extra cash.
