Excellent quality magnesium spray that really works!
I'm a regular distance runner, running 5km three times a week and occasionally longer runs of 10km and 15km. Lately, I have been suffering from pain in my hamstrings and quads, which has made even walking difficult. So I was very keen to give this Salt Lab magnesium spray a try to see if I could get any relief. I loved the way the spray nozzle worked, as the mist was very easy to apply, and I was pleased that the spray is fragrance-free and that I didn't experience any skin irritation. I was amazed, as I experienced instant results. After using this spray even for only a couple of days, my leg pain was significantly reduced. It helped me to run better and recover quicker from each run. I also appreciated the very quick and friendly advice I received via email from the helpdesk when I queried whether the spray could be used in conjunction with the magnesium tablets I was already taking (it can, and it's recommended!) I highly recommend this magnesium spray to anyone suffering from restless sleep or painful legs as I experienced great results! I will continue to use this spray each day.

I’d tried another magnesium spray before for the kids, but my kids complained it stung and refused to use it. We switched to the Salt Lab kids version and built it up gradually, and they actually like it! It is now part of our bedtime routine. It seems to help them wind down before sleep.

Whilst the change was not instantaneous, the difference this spray made to my quality of sleep was amazing! There were some nights I accidentally fell asleep before using it and noticed that I tossed and turned more and didn't feel like I got that deep, necessary rest. My 6 year old loved adding this spray to her night-time routine!! She even took to spraying it on her own feet after a few days! As her parents, we found it helped to settle her at night and cue her body that it was sleep time. I spray this on my child's feet every night and boy have I noticed a difference! They're sleeping through the night now and even having longer naps during the day. It got better with consistency. Even though it has become apart of our night routine, my I'm never failed to be reminded to put the "special spray" on their feet. Having it in spray form is so easy to use over a cream, it leaves no greasy residue or smell, results are noticed quickly and it really seems to help them relax. I had previously purchased the Adults spray because Ive always struggled with leg cramping at night, making sleep difficult. While the changes weren’t immediate with using the spray on my 4 &6 year old at night, it was noticeable over the days and weeks. Less restless, less wake ups, more restful sleep. My youngest has allergies and eczema so we had play around with application so it didn’t further dry out his skin, but once we worked out what worked best for him it’s been smooth sailing. With them sleeping better so am I!

We have been really pleasantly surprised with how well Salt Labs kids magnesium oil spray has worked for our growing children. We began using the product about a month ago and have been using it daily by spraying it onto the soles of their feet and down their legs before bedtime. Our children are all very tall and have suffered quite a bit over the years with growing pains. We have found the magnesium oil has really helped to ease their pains, especially when they are going to sleep at night. To be honest, I wasn’t entirely sure how a spray could make a difference to the quality of my sleep and my overall feeling of well-being, but I was very pleasantly surprised. Salt labs magnesium oil spray has been a very welcome addition to my nightly routine. To be honest, I also use it during the day as I love the way it helps me to relax my muscles. I suffer a lot with restless legs, especially coming down from my ADHD medication at night time and I have found this really helps greatly. My muscles feel more relaxed and it allows me to fall asleep easier than when I don’t use it. I’m so thankful that I was selected for this trial and will definitely be continuing to use salt labs magnesium oil spray into the future.

I was overall very impressed with the Salt Lab Kids Magnesium Spray upon using it for a month or so in my littles after bath routine.
It is a very subtle, non scented spray, applied very easily & doesn’t leave any residue. I noticed that in the first month my littles sleep stretches increased from 4/5hrs through to almost 7/8- now whilst I can’t directly correlate this to the spray; it is definitely something that will stay in our routine as I truly feel it’s a very effective, efficient & natural addition to ensuring the little has a deep, restful sleep stretch.

I've been using the Salt Lab Kids Magnesium Oil Spray as part of my toddlers bedtime routine, and it’s been such a lovely little addition. I’ve been using the Original Salt Lab Magnesium Oil spray for a while now and honestly, I really like it. I started using it to help with sore legs at night and to see if it’d help me sleep better — and it actually has. I spray it on my legs or feet before bed and it really helps me unwind and makes me feel more relaxed, like my body finally switches off for the night and I'm sleeping deeper and waking up less through the night.
The spray is easy to use and absorbs quickly, it did tingle a bit the first couple of times, but that went away pretty quickly, settling after a few uses. I also love that it’s 100% natural and Australian made. The bottle lasts ages too, which is a bonus.

Both myself and partner are slow and sore types. Hubby plays rugby and the magnesium spray works wonders for him after a big game or training night. I also use it on my hips and feet before bed. Hips for pain, feet for sleep. It helps with the aching I get in my hips and I notice a difference in sleep if I miss a night by accident.

i have been using this spray on my feet for a few while now , this has helped a lot with pregnancy discomfort, especially leg cramps and sleeping at night. Super easy to use every night, just spray on your feet before bed and let it work its magic! the only downside for me was that it did make my skin feel itchy the first few times i used it, as my body adjusted to it this went away

My children loved this becoming a part of our nightly routine, getting a ice massaged from mum and dad before bedtime, but other than a nice massage time we didn’t see any other differences at all from using the magnesium spray on our children who are of different ages and genders.

‘I Grabbed My Car Keys And RAN!’ The New Supermarket Bread Everyone’s Talking About
Mum-of-two Rebecca McCracken has spent the last four years reading ingredient lists on pretty much everything she buys at the supermarket.
Like many parents raising kids with food allergies, a quick trip to the supermarket often means checking labels, comparing products and hoping to find something the whole family can eat.
Bec’s four-year-old son and 17-month-old daughter were both born with cow’s milk protein allergy. While her son has since outgrown his allergies, her toddler still reacts to dairy, making even everyday staples like bread a challenge.
“Unless we buy expensive sourdough for seven or eight dollars, we don’t really have a choice.”
Even then, it’s not ideal.
“A kid doesn’t want to eat a sourdough sandwich,” Bec laughs. “And fairy bread on sourdough is not great.”
A New Loaf On The Block
Bec runs an online community for allergy families, so she spends plenty of time sharing recipes, product finds and supermarket discoveries with other parents.
It was one of those parents who first told her about new JUST bread.
“A follower messaged me and said, ‘Oh my gosh, this bread is coming soon.’ I was like, ‘Where? When? I need to know. I’m getting my car keys and running!'”
Made with baker’s flour, water, yeast, vinegar, oil and salt, JUST bread contains no artificial preservatives, flavours or colours.
For Bec, it sounded almost too good to be true. “When we saw JUST bread, I was like, ‘You’re joking.’ A bread that’s fresh baked but in the bread aisle? That’s unheard of for us.”

Of course, there was one person whose opinion mattered more than anyone else’s.
“My toughest critic is my daughter. She is so fussy. We know something is really good if she approves it, and she approves it. She loves it. She’ll eat it plain, toasted, as French toast … whatever. She loves it.”
Bec says she was impressed too.
“I like it. I like that it’s only got minimal ingredients and doesn’t have the additives and preservatives that are in a lot of other brands.”
A Simpler Option For Everyday Families
Bec tried out JUST bread because of her family’s allergies, but she says it has a broader appeal.
“I think everyone is becoming more conscious of additives and preservatives in their food.”
It’s a feeling many of us can probably relate to. We don’t all want to overhaul the way we eat, but plenty of us are paying a little more attention to ingredient lists and looking for products that keep things simple.
Bread is one of those foods that’s always around. It ends up in lunchboxes, on the breakfast table, alongside soup on a cold night and covered in hundreds and thousands at birthday parties. When we eat something that often, it’s only natural to wonder what’s in it.

Most breads are dairy free anyway so I am surprised by this article. Additive free is a bonus. I always go for a grain bread nowadays and have the kids eating it too so I’ll be sticking with that. It’s always great to have variety out there though for the ones that need it.
We bought this bread from the supermarket and it is a good price for bread which of course can indeed be expensive. Each slice is a good size and our favourite meal to create and eat with this bread is cheese toasties. The bread holds and is good to eat.

Grabbing your car keys and running for a bread ?? I can’t imagine doing so for a bread lol ! It’s nice to see that more and more allergy friendly products are being produced and put on the market.
I don’t agree with the statement that “A kid doesn’t want to eat a sourdough sandwich”. It depends on what type of bread you introduce to your kids. My kids grew up with 7 seeds, rustic bread and sourdough and they love it. It’s also quite easy and cheap to make sourdough bread yourself.
I haven’t seen this bread in the supermarket but will be looking for it now. I have been trying to avoid preservatives and additives for some time now and as highlighted in the article bread it difficult to find, or super expensive, without them so I don’t have it often.
This is fantastic, finally a bread that is not full of nasty stuff. I will be going straight out to buy this. My son has ARFID and will only eat white bread, but it’s not terribly healthy. With this bread, at least I know that it is much healthier than the alternatives. Woohoo
