Hello and WELCOME to the MoM fitness challenge. We are giving YOU a 31 day exercise challenge for FREE, it’s on now but you can join us at anytime!

Our fourth challenge is ALL OVER BODY.

We’ve teamed up with fitness guru Amanda Ferguson to bring you MoMs fitness challenge.

Remember our fitness challenge is for ALL levels of fitness, so if you’re advanced, a beginner, in-between or pregnant our daily challenge has something for you!

So here is DAY 4: HIGH KNEES, JOG & SPRINT

  • Love the all over body workouts. Get everything worked on in one sitting, hard to find time to do separate body bit workouts

  • I couldn’t get through 1 prt of that exercise without my daughter needing something. kinda annoying and made concentrating very hard.

  • in regards to the last comment here– it is good to see a pic! and maybe MoM could let people choose a male profile. many dads out there who are single parents etc
