Hello and WELCOME to the MoM fitness challenge. We are giving YOU a 31 day exercise challenge for FREE, it’s on now but you can join us at anytime!

Our third challenge is HIGH KNEES, JOG & SPRINT.

Remember our fitness challenge is for ALL levels of fitness, so if you’re advanced, a beginner, in-between or pregnant our daily challenge has something for you!

  • i have been doing every second day as my fitness level is very low, but its possibly helping already thanks.

  • This is a fantastic idea, especially for time poor mums not able to access a gym or for those not able to afford one, but still needing a great motivational program. Well done and thank you.

  • I’m loving this :) although today’s was a lil tougher than I initially thought it would be but feeling great after sticking to doing it! And for me as a single mum, it’s great being able to do it at home and my 2.5 year old son even try’s to join in :)

  • Thank you mom’s for putting this fitness challenge, it is encouraging me to get active which is great and easy as I can do it whenever I want and in the comfort of my home.
