Hello and WELCOME to the MoM fitness challenge. We are giving YOU a 31 day exercise challenge for FREE, it starts today but you can join us at anytime!

Our first challenge is SQUATS.

We’ve teamed up with fitness guru Amanda Ferguson to bring you MoMs fitness challenge.

Remember our fitness challenge is for ALL levels of fitness, so if you’re advanced, a beginner, in-between or pregnant our daily challenge has something for you!

  • Doing the low sugar lifestyle 28 day plan so your fitness challenge could not have come at a better time..thanx heaps. I”ll be heading to fit and trim before you know it.
