By agreeing to the terms and conditions to participate in the campaign, you confirm that:

(a) You are a real person
(b) The goods have been provided to you for your evaluation and you have used the goods for the intended purpose
(c) You are NOT involved in production, sale, supply or marketing of the product
(d) You are NOT an employee involved with production, sale, supply or marketing
(e) You are NOT a corporation or government authority, hospital, healthcare facility, health professional, medical researcher.

Your testimonial or post will disclose:

(a) If you have received any valuable consideration
(b) If you are a paid actor
(c) If you are an immediate family member of an individual involved with production, supply or marketing of the product

In applying to the MURINE® Eye Mist review you acknowledge that:

1. You are not allergic/sensitive to any of the following; Capparis spinosa extract, Helychrysum italicum extract, Euphrasia officinalis or Glycyrrhiza glabra
2. You agree to read the Murine Eye Mist Consumer Information Leaflet (that comes with the product) before use
3. You agree to use the product only as intended
4. You agree for your contact details to be passed onto Care Pharmaceuticals (to keep on file for an indefinite period of time) as a record of your application to participate in this review
