Paris Hilton revealed she has a baby girl on the way … or she has already arrived! And she’s even shared the name of her daughter.

The businesswoman shared a sweet snap of a little girl’s outfit, with the name ‘London’ on the jumper. She commented, “Thankful for my baby girl”. It’s unclear whether baby London has already been born.

The model and actress hasn’t revealed whether she’s pregnant or is once again using a surrogate to make her baby dreams come true. The 42 year old has a son, Phoenix, who was born via surrogate in January.

Paris shared on The Ellen Show last year that she planned on having a baby girl in the future and already had the name picked out.

“The girl is gonna be named London Marilyn Hilton Reum. Marilyn after my grandmother and London because it’s my favourite city and I think Paris and London sound cute together.”

Photos Paris recently shared of Phoenix met with extreme trolling, with tens of thousands of comments on the shape of her son’s head.

Paris and her husband Carter Reum announced the arrival of their son in January, and the superstar has only shared a handful of snaps of Phoenix since his birth.

But when the hotel heiress shared a series of photos with her son, with the caption, “My precious angel baby. Pheonix’s first time in NYC” it prompted a wave of unkind comments.

The images were inundated with more than 30,000 comments, many questioning the shape of the baby’s head. Here’s just a taste of the vile comments:

“Does he have encephalitis? Like what is actually going on I’m not trying to be rude that doesn’t seem normal.”

“That’s what she get for being so damn vain.”

The vile comments continued as the images were shared across social media.

“Sis got a megamind on her hands.”

“My deepest condolences are for her va-jay-jay if she pushed him out.”

“She did the right thing by getting a surrogate. GET SOMEBODY ELSE TO DO IT!”

Thankfully, there were also thousands of comments calling out the trolls who were picking on a baby and new mum. There were even medical professionals who offered advice.

“Hey Paris, your baby may need what’s called a ‘shunt’ to drain excess cerebrospinal fluid,” commented a nurse. “We see it a lot in the NICU [neonatal intensive care unit]. He’s super cute though!”

Reading an excerpt from new book, Paris The Memoir she shed some light on the name Phoenix.

“My beautiful baby boy’s names is Phoenix Barron Hilton Reum. And Carter and I are so proud to welcome him into the world.

“We plan to name him Phoenix, a name that I decided on years ago, when I was searching cities, countries and states on a map. Looking for something to go with Paris and London. Phoenix has a few good pop culture reference points, but more important it’s the bird that flames out and then rises from the ashes to fly again.

“I want my son to grow up knowing that disaster and triumph go around and come around throughout our lives and that this should give us great hope for the future.”

The couple welcomed their beautiful boy via surrogate, confirming the news to PEOPLE. “It’s always been my dream to be a mother and I’m so happy that Carter and I found each other. We are so excited to start our family together and our hearts are exploding with love for our baby boy.”

Paris, 41, has openly talked about her desire to become a mum, previously revealing that she and Carter, 41, began IVF during the Covid lockdowns.

“We started going and doing it like a few months in because the world was shut down,” she told PEOPLE. “We knew we wanted to start a family, and I was like, ‘This is perfect timing. Usually, I’m on a plane 250 days out of the year, and let’s just get all of the eggs stocked and ready,’ and we have tons of them just waiting.”

The couple became engaged in February 2021 and married in a lavish three-day ceremony in November 2021.
