lovely crunch salad fresh with flavours.
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 1/4 cabbage
- 1 Carrot Peeled
- 1 Cucumber
- generous handful coriander
- generous handful mint
- generous handful basil
- packet dried noodles (for salads)
Method
- chop carrot, cucumber and cabbage into thin fine strips
- wash and tear up herbs
- mix together and add noodles just before serving
- Use your favourite dressing
Notes
gluten free if you use gluten free noodles or take out the noodles. I make my own asian dressing with lemon, soy garlic etc. great to serve with BBQ's and fish.
