Ingredients (serves 3)

  • 1/2 cup Jalna Greek Yoghurt
  • 1/2 small zucchini

Method

  1. Steam zucchini with or without skin, and mash or puree.
  2. Add yoghurt.
  3. Serve with soft toast or as it is :)

  • I might try my older kids on this too.
