Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 4 Cups Milk
  • 2 tblspn malted milk powder
  • 2 Large ripe bananas, peeled, chopped
  • 3 wheat cereal biscuits, broken into pieces
  • 3 tbslp thick plain yoghurt
  • 2 tbslp Honey

Method

  1. Blend milk, malt powder, banana, cereal biscuits, yoghurt and honey until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses. Serve.
