A sweet smoothie with a healthy ingredient list.
Ingredients (serves 1 | makes 1 Large Smoothie)
- 1 Large Banana
- 250ml Almond Milk
- 2 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
- 1 Teaspoon Coconut Syrup
- 1 Teaspoon Cacao Powder
Method
- Put all ingredients into a blender or smoothie maker. Leave the Chia seeds until last so they dont stick to the sides.
- Blend for around 1 Minute or until all combined.
- Pour it out and enjoy!
Notes
You can add or adjust ingredients to your liking.
