This banana split serves one but my husband and I share one between us, so enjoyed by 2.

Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 2 small bananas
  • 100ml cream, thickened
  • 1 large squirt chocolate syrup
  • 3 scoops icecream
  • 1/2 tablespoon malt or milo

Method

  1. Slice 1 banana length ways down the middle, add cream on top of the banana. Place 2nd banana on top of cream.
  2. Place 3 scoops of icecream where desired. Squirt as much chocolate syrup as you want. Sprinkle with Malt or Milo.
  3. Serve.

Notes

You can use other fruit with different topping to suit your needs.
