Bet you never had a black hummus?
Ingredients (makes 300 mL hummus)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 400g canned Chick peas (drained)
- 1/4 cup Olive oil
- 1/3 cup Black sesame tahini
- 1 small lime
- 15 Kalamata olives
Method
- Put all ingredients in a food processor and blend till smooth.
- Store in a mason jar in fridge for up to a week :)
Notes
I know this hummus does not look appealing but the taste is truly OMG! Must try!
