Ingredients

  • 3 T chia seeds
  • 1 handful fresh blackberries
  • 1 cup breastmilk/formula
  • 3 T rolled oats

Method

  1. In a blender, blend all ingredients until smooth and serve :)

  • I would not have thought of most of these ingredients.

  • also swap baby milk for regular/light milk and make this for yourself
