A quick easy meal my family dinner meal.


Ingredients (serves 3)

  • 1 pcs Red capsicum
  • 1/2 big Red Onion
  • 3 pcs Garlic
  • 2 tbs Vegetable oil
  • 1 tbs Brown Sugar
  • 3 pcs Potato, Diced
  • 1/2 tbs Salt
  • 400 gr Prawn
  • 1 cup Water
  • 4 pcs kafir lime leaf

Method

  1. Blend capsicum, union and garlic until fine paste. Heat oil in the pan, add in blended paste, sauté until fragrant.
  2. Add in potato, brown sugar, lime leaf, salt and water, stir to mix well. Cook until the potato tender and the sauce thicken.
  3. Add in prawn, stir to mix well about 2- 3 min. Serve with hot rice and fresh salad.

  • I loathe prawns, so I doubt I’d enjoy this meal at all. However, it looks great, so it’s the sort of recipe I might keep around for when I’m having guests and want to give them something that’s easy to make and a little different to the things I usually serve.
