Broccoli and cauliflower Christmas tree

4 Ingredients

A way to serve vegetables in keeping with the season.

Ingredients (makes 1 Platter)

Broccoli
Cauliflower
Cherry tomatoes
Squash or lemon

Method

Cook vegetables to your personal preference.
Arrange the broccoli into a triangle shape. Add the cauliflower to the outside of the broccoli and place the cherry tomatoes on the broccoli to represent baubles.
Cut the lemon or squash into a star shape and place at the top of the tree. The stalk of the broccoli or celery can be used as the trunk of the tree.

Notes

This is a small platter as I was experimenting on how to serve our vegetables for Christmas as this was all I had in the fridge!
