Make cute bunny tails with the kids this Easter!


Ingredients (serves 4 | makes 10 Bunny Tails)

  • 1 Cup Naturally Dried Apricots
  • 1/2 Cup Desiccated Coconut + extra for rolling
  • 1/2 Cup Quinoa Flakes
  • 2 drops Food colouring

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients except food colouring in food processor and blitz
  2. Add food colouring of choice to extra coconut
  3. Form balls from apricot mixture and roll in the coloured coconut

Notes

With no added sugar this is also BLW friendly and lunchbox friendly
