This recipe is absolutely divine. Obviously not something you would have every day but good as a treat, mixing the sweetness of the bacon with the sweetness of the dark brown sugar

Ingredients

  • Strips of Bacon
  • Dark Brown Sugar

Method

  1. Sprinkle raw bacon strips with brown sugar. Press sugar into bacon so it doesnt cook with just clumps of sugar on it.
  2. Place bacon strips on a greaseproof paper lined tray and bake in a 180C oven for approx 20 mins
  3. Remove from oven and place on wire cooling rack

Notes
