I sometimes add a little corn to this mixture as well.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Self raising flour
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 3 chopped spring onions
- 3 cups diced cauliflower
- 1 tbls curry powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well, coating the cauliflower.
- Deep fry tablespoons of the mixture in small amounts in hot oil 180 degrees for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Serve with salsa or yoghurt.
