My girls love making these for a quick snack.

Ingredients (makes 20 Squares)

  • 1 sheet Puff Pastry
  • 1-2 tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 1-2 tbsp Dried or Fresh Oregano
  • 1/2 cup Grated Cheese

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Spread tomato paste over pastry and sprinkle with oregano.
  2. Cut the pastry into rectangles, squares or shapes using cookie cutters or a knife. Transfer onto baking sheet. Add grated cheese.
  3. Bake for approximately 10-15 minutes. Enjoy!
