Ingredients

  • chicken pieces
  • bread crumbs
  • eggs slightly whisked
  • flour

Method

  1. dip chiken in flour shake off excess
  2. then dip into eggs
  3. and then roll in bread crumbs
  4. then shallow till golden brown fry drain on paper towel cook in small batches put in oven on low while you cook the rest
  5. when done serve with a lovely salad or chips for the little ones

  • Yum and its something my kids would probably eat too.

  • I made these for dinner tonight, and they went down really well. I put some grated Parmesan cheese in with a bread-crumbs and it gave them a really lovely flavour.
