Sometimes I add this pork to stir fry rice too. But it is delicious in the pork buns!
Ingredients (serves 8)
- 500g Pork tenderloin
- 1 tsp five spice powder
- 3 Tbsp Hoisin sauce
- 2 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp Honey
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1 tsp minced ginger
Method
- Rub the five spice powder over the pork and fry in oil making sure pork is cooked.
- Mix all other ingredients together in a glass mixing bowl.
- Cut the pork into little squares and add to the marinade and mix well. Refrigerate until use.
