Sometimes I add this pork to stir fry rice too. But it is delicious in the pork buns!


Ingredients (serves 8)

  • 500g Pork tenderloin
  • 1 tsp five spice powder
  • 3 Tbsp Hoisin sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp Honey
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1 tsp minced ginger

Method

  1. Rub the five spice powder over the pork and fry in oil making sure pork is cooked.
  2. Mix all other ingredients together in a glass mixing bowl.
  3. Cut the pork into little squares and add to the marinade and mix well. Refrigerate until use.
