I recently maade these for a kid’s school party and everyone loved them!

Ingredients (serves 12 | makes 12-15 )

  • 1egg 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup oil 1 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup cocoa 2 tsp vanilla essence 2 cups self raising flour

Method

  1. Beat eggs and sugar till creamy then add oil beat for 5 mins Add cocoa vanilla and dry ingredients,then add milk.. mix well
  2. Bake at 180 deg till skewer comes out clean I.used whipped cream n decorate with fondant
