Chocolate Popcorn is a super quick snack that is great for lunchboxes … or of course family movie night! Add a handful of Maltesers or chopped up Mars Bars for even more chocolatey fun.
Ingredients (serves 1)
- 1/4 Cup Popcorn
- 2 Tablespoons Cocoa
- 2 Tablespoons Icing Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
Method
- Add the Olive Oil to a deep pot and put on the heat until extremely hot.
- Add Popcorn and then pop the lid on. Maksure you jiggle the pan around constantly to ensure popcorn doesn’t burn and all kernals pop.
- Once all the kernels are popped remove from heat. Using a sifter or strainer add the cocoa and icing sugar and sprinkle over popcorn ensuring you coat it all evenly. You can add more cocoa and icing sugar if necessary.
