Ingredients (serves 2)

  • 1/2 cup Coconut cream
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 2 t coconut sugar
  • 1 large banana (frozen)
  • Optional 2 T Chia seeds

Method

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth.
  2. Serve

Notes

This a very filling smoothie full chug of good fats! drink away!
