A very quick and easy soup!
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 50 grams Butter
- 50 grams Flour
- 500 ml Chicken Stock
- 500 ml Milk
- 250 grams Mushrooms
- Cream to serve
Method
- Put everything except the cream in a saucepan. Whisk continuously over moderate heat and bring to boil.
- Simmer for 20 minutes stirring or whisking frequently.
- Blend in food processor till smooth, be careful that it's not too hot! Add cream on top just before serving.
