This creamy pasta salad recipe is great for Summer picnics and barbecues.
Ingredients (serves 6)
- 250g Pasta
- 1/2 Small onion diced
- 1 Grated carrot
- 1 stalk Celery diced
- 1/2 Red Capsicum diced
- 150mls Sour Cream
- 340 mls Mayonnaise
Method
- Cook pasta according to directions on pack
- Drain and rinse with cold water
- Combine all the vegetables and put them in a bowl with the pasta
- In another bowl mix mayonnaise and sour cream (mix well) then add to pasta and vegetables mix well then refrigerate (tastes better than the shop ones I have been told)
