Not much work for this salmon recipe. Perfect for busy nights.
Ingredients (serves 3)
- 3 salmon fillets, skin on
- 250 g grape tomatoes
- 4 spring onions
- 200 ml cooking cream
Method
- Preheat oven to 190 degrees.
- Grease an oven dish and place the salmon in it, skin down.
- Finely slice the spring onions. Add spring onions, cream and tomatoes to the oven dish.
- Bake for around 25 minutes.
