Ingredients (makes 1 )
- 1 Whole red dragon fruit skinned
- 1 Cup of skim milk
- 3 Scoops of vanilla ice cream
Method
- Mix all ingredients in a blender or with a bar mix, serve immediately
Notes
You can use a little yogurt too if you like and add blueberries for extra phytonutrient kick!
