This is awesome I used to use sour cream, but am going to try the Cream Cheese as it would have to be better for you???

  Both good, sour cream and cream cheese. Both good for dips.

such a simple corn relish dip

I’m a bugger for adding spring onions and garlic to a lot of recipes. Do you think it would be o.k. to add some to this recipe, and maybe a dash of tabasco or chilli too?

Love the corn dip that you buy in the fridge section of the supermarket, but it’s so expensive. Will be good to have a go at making it myself.
