Ingredients (serves 6)

  • 6 Chopped ripe tomatoes
  • 1 Garlic clove (crushed)
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Tomato puree
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • Pinch Salt

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients into saucepan cook on medium heat. Reduce heat once it comes to the boil and simmer for 20 minutes

Notes

Family favourite to have over hot or cold meat.
