Chinese recipe
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 3 Cups 3 cups of chicken broth
- 2 tblsp chopped spring onion
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
- 1 tblesp salt
- 2 eggs stirred in a bowl
Method
- Heat chicken broth, onions salt and pepper in a saucepan.
- Pour stirred egg slowly while stirring constantly. Ready to serve.
