I made this as a quick healthy lunch for my little one and it worked a real treat
Ingredients (serves 1 | makes 1 serve )
- 1 large potatoe Chopped into chips
- Pork lard As nessasary
- Broccoli As necessary I cooked a small amount a few pieces
- 1 large button Mushroom
- Mayonaise To taste
- 1 piece of battered Fish
Method
- Chop the chips and put then in a pot with some lard and cook on high until golden and cooked through
- Cook the broccoli with the fish and mushroom on medium until all is cooked making sure you flip the fish and stir the veggies as necessary
- And season to taste with some salt
