Ingredients (makes 1 Bowl)

  • 2 cups Cantaloupe chopped
  • 2 cups Watermelon chopped
  • 1 bunch Grapes
  • 1 punnet Strawberries halved
  • 2 Oranges chopped

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.

Notes

I always have a bowl of fruit salad in the fridge which I top up each day with a variety of fruits & each 3rd day I juice what is left in bowl & start again.

  • I would go different fruit, but there’s nothing better to start the day!

  • I love the idea of topping it up each day and juicing it every 3 days. The juice would be full of flavour and very nutritious, and what a healthy snack the fruit salad would be, available any hour of the day or night, with no preparation necessary.
