This fried rice is very easy to make and great for a quick snack or side dish to your dinner.
Ingredients (serves 6)
- 2-3 cups Rice
- 1 Onion
- 1-2 Carrots
- 1 Fresh corn
- 2 Slices of Bacon
- 2-3 Big Button Mushrooms
Method
- Cook rice, while the rice is cooking, chop up all your vegies and bacon.
- Place bacon, onion and carrots in a frying pan cook until lightly brown add in your corn kernels (no need to boil the corn) and mushrooms.
- Add your cooked rice give a stir and there you have it fried rice, so simple.
